Fina... diet?
I've taken cycles before.. but normally just for bulking. So i would just eat as much food as i could get ahold of.. as long as most of it wasnt unhealthy. Now I'm looking to do a tren/test cycle.. and maybe winny at the end. How many carbs/cals should i try to consume to get the maximum benefit but lean up.. i plan on doin atleast 30-45 mins of cardio 5 times a week.. but i dont want to undereat or eat too much to where i dont notice the hardening effects... ????

i shoot for about 3k cals when tryin to gain lean muscle 300-400g of protein

3 pro/fat meals, 3 pro/carb (breakfast, PwO Nutrition, post post workout meal - 1 and a half hours later)
You will need to work out all your protein, carb needs according to your weight and lean bodymass Etc, Etc
- generally cutting not many more than 100g of carbs per day
