Hey guys.....Im wondering if my workout is to much.Im lifting moday thru sat and sun just cardio by its self..Is that to much should I take a day in betweeen offf????
Mon = chest(cardio 30 min)
Tues= bicep - tricep (cardio 30 min)
Wed= legs (cardio 30 min)
Thurs=shoulders - back (cardio 30 min)
Fri= chest (cardio 30 min)
Sat= - bicep tricep (cardio 30 min)
Sun= Cardio ( 1 hour)
Every other week I switch up the muslce im working twice.....
