    Anti-e's for bloat and what else

    I am into my third week of Deca and feel like a balloon.


    Do you think some of that GNC type water loss would help any? I have Idex and nolva. Was considering adding some kind of water pill.

    Is that too much? Anyone know of a safe OTC brand?

    they sell water pills at any walmart, or local drug store... all about the same... but week 3 of decca isnt the time to be shedding water... just my opinion...

    How come you don't want to shed water? I am only one week into my deca /test prop cycle and my feet and an area around my knees have started to puff up. Do you think I should just let it be?

    i'm only running deca and test, i realize that i f'd up in not getting an anit-e for during the cycle. I only have clomid for pct. Should i get liquidex or letro for during cycle anti-e?

    IMO an anti-e should be ran in EVERY cycle if aromatistic hormones are used...I don't care if your prone to gyno or not. I would rather spend $50 on a bottle of liquidex than $3500 on gyno surgery. Get both if you can ASAP.

    1mg of armidex is over kill unless you are using like 1200mg of test. It could be doing more harm then good.

    the only way to get rid of water rentenion is to drink lots of water and cut down sodium intake. take eca or caffeine it is diuretic but nothing beats idex or letro. i like proviron and nolva too.

    taking 1mg of I dex, and 20mg of Nolva.
    drinking about a gallon of water a day.

    my goals are not to get bigger. The deca is to conter what winstrol did to my joints
