Im planning my second cycle and id like you guys to look at it. Stats- 5-6, 235 (anticipated at start) 13% bf. 22 years old.
1-15 sust 250 eod
1-15 test e 500mg/week
1-13 deca 400mg/week
1-13 eq 500mg/week
1-4 dbol 50mg/ed
9-15 50mg winny/ed
1-21 20mg nolvadex
1-21 .25mg l-dex
1-21 200mg b-6
1-15 milk thistle
17-21 100mg clomid

yeah, im not a huge fan of sust, i just assume cut it out, but i got it for free cause my buddy didnt want to get caught with it. I thought this would be a rather good bulking cycle, id like to get a solid 20 lbs out of it

what u gain will rely on diet what you keep will rely on pct
u can gain 20lbs+ on test e alone if u eat alot bro

i have i really good diet i think. i make sure i get 350gs of protein everday, and drink atleast 2 gallons of water. i though i was eating about 7000calorios a day, but on paper its only about 4500. (note to newbies, dont estimate). I eat like a horse, ends about being about 700-800 calories a 6 times a day. I get plenty of rest (although test makes me a restless) I work out 6 days a week. i can post my workout if you like. Right now im running a test/deca cycle and im at week 6, im extremely happy with everything. I dont really care about bf. Im very happy with 13%, id just like to bulk up a lot. My 3 year goal is to hit 270 at 13%. At this point i think i have grasped the concept of "food=gains" and proper rest, along with hard work in the gym.

i know this is what your doing now but if your happy with then just up the doses for your next one

monday: chest and tris (super heavy) , tuesday: back and bi's (heavy), wednesday: shoulders and legs (only squats) , thursday: chest and tris (all sets of 10 reps), friday back and bi's (all sets of 15 reps), saturday: shoulders. I shoot for 15 sets per part, and push myself as hard as possible. An example for benching on monday would be: 335x8, 345x6, 355x4, 365x3, 375x1 then cables flys at different angles, and incline dumbells. On thursday's i'll ive been going 315x10, 315x10, 315x10, 305x10,275x10

I think thats too much test for a 2nd cycle, its 1,375mg. If you got the sust for free then just run it, and drop the enan, you will still be getting 875mg of test a week (still think its too high). Run the winny from week 13-18, then start pct 3 weeks after last sust shot (1 day after last winny)

also I would run HCG starting week 7 at 500iu's E4D, stopping 1 week before PCT.

hey it's salu aka roid monkey in da house why dont you throw in a couple more compounds in that cycle make it 20 injectables in one cycle and then look like that guy in the video. seriously though test e alone will give you 20 pds easy . you dont need so many roids in one cycle. make it two cycles .

i would drop the super and maybe if u wanted to add 250mgs to the 500mgs of test e so thats 750mgs of test/wk and everything else looks good to me but yes unless ur prone to gyno i would just run the nolva at 10mgs ED until pct then jump it to 20mgs
