My buddy is just starting to diet and is talking about joining the gym with me. He's a pretty overweight guy and he was asking me if I knew if steroids would be good for him to take to help burn fat. I have no idea. I've been working out for a year myself and have done equipoise once. If anyone can answer this for me that would be good. thanks :eat:
Don't use AAS to burn fat, tell him to lose the fat first.
Like previously stated, I would tell him to try diet and cardio for a year or so. Being overweight is a precursor to cardiovascular problems and insulin resistance and steroids can worsen those conditions. Tell him to get in shape first, then consider steroids.

ok well being pretty overweight can mean alot of things like high blood pressure, heart problems ect... He should get a physical, if he is in good shape and just fat... well then a mild dose of steroids might help get him off of his fat ass and in the gym...
but if he has any medical conditions then he needs to stay of the juice and work on daily cardio ( as much as his fat heart can handle )...
even if he is healthy I am not saying juice is the answer, clenbuteral and a stairmaster may be more up his alley.
If he is significantly overweight he has no business touching clen. It could be lethal if he has undiagnosed hypertension.Quote:

just tell him to eat healthy and do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. if he continues that, the fat should just shed off.

Talk him into gettin his heart in shape first by doin cardio and losin alot of his fat first. Then he can research what AAS might be best for him. Research is the key.
