I'm running 10mg of nolva ED and 0.25mg liquidex throughout my 10 week cycle (test e 500mg, 4 week dbol 25mg).

I'm going to inject test in the morning, when should I be taking my nolva and liquidex?

also for PCT, do i need to split up clomid dosage? (300mg day 1, 100 ED 4 weeks) is it ok to ta ke clomid, nolva, and ldex at the same time or should i split them up? (what are the best times to take them)

u dont need nolva and ldex pick one and run with it
i usually take nolva during lunch but it wont matter as long as u take it ed
my pct is always 20mg nolva ed for 4 weeks and 4 weeks clomid 100mg for 2 weeks and 50mg for 2 weeks

How an anti-estrogen works is that it attaches itself to the estrogen receptors so that estrogen will not. Therefore the estrogen remains free floating in your blood stream but unable to leech onto the receptors and take action.

How and anti-aromatizer works is that it prevents the aromatization of steroids . It prevents the compounds conversion into estrogen. This however has the ability to weaken the effect of the steroid compound.

Zero estrogen is not desirable. Some estrogen is necessary, but too much can cause complications such as gynocomastia (man boobies) and water retention to name a few.

id say just do test and drop dbol from 1st cycle this way if something goes wrong youll know which compound caused it.
