I heard he did low doses of dbol and deca way back. but by the size of him it looks like he got into the other stuff as well.

I read an interview one time with Sergio (the #2 winner from Mr. O in 75) and he had said that they used deca & dbol , and even worried about upping the dbol doses by 5mg. I'm sure there was test in there too. He had also said that Arnold was one of the first guys to bring over certain AS. Dunno what that means, but if I can find the interview I'll post it. Good read!!!

i read dbol and primo with low carb diet in his competition years and after he that was over he used heavy test, dbol and deca ....with no low carb diet....

my friend has the book that arnold has out and there is a pic of him at 19 and he looks great so you have to know that he started about 17

I also saw his movie and in the ealier versions it showed him being shot up with gear by his friend because he did not like needles but it doesnot say what it was

He started body building at 14 for sure, as far as the AS go, not sure. In his encyclopedia, there are pics of him at 16 and some of him around 17 or 18(I believe) and there is a huge difference!!

His movie Hercules in New York was on today. If you never saw it, it is some cheezy movie from way back that he did but god damn he looks JACKED in it. I love watching it just to look at his muscles. He is such insentive.

Did anyone hear about Arnold being in the Austrian military? I heard that he was introduced to steroids as a young man in the military. He supposedly was injected with roids by his officers in the military when they where making him lift everyday. I also know that he was the deca dianabol master. That was his favorite combo throughout his early bodybuilding career.
