Excessive Thirst
I have had a seemingly constant thirst going on for the past several weeks. It seemed to start near when I began my current cycle which is:
625mg sust per wk
30mg dbol wks 1-5
I'm on week 5 right now. Dbol has tended to make me thirsty in the past, but I also suspect this weightgainer, which I began near beginning of cycle. It is IDS Smartgainer. Here is a link to see it's ingredients:
http://www.supplementgiant.com/produ...s/SmartGainer/
I have 3 servings per day. (ectomorph here)
Is there anything in the ingredients that would cause constant thirstiness? lol. It sounds funny, but it's not really. It may be making me more tired/sluggish. My sinuses have been bothering me too for the past 2 weeks, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. It would suck if I am borderline dehydrated and if it was stealing better gains from my cycle.

I'd bet it is the weightgainer. I know that when I take a protien shake before bed I will wake up in the middle of the night with cottonmouth. I think they(protien/weightgainers) take extra amounts of water to digest. At least thats my guess on it.

Being thirsty is a good thing embrace it. The more you drink the less bloat you will have and the better off your liver will be.

I counted 12 eight oz glasses of water so far today, may get 1-2 more in this evening. Is that enough?
