anybody else have trouble sleeping from test? its 3 am eastern, and i cant sleep to save the life of me. Any tips on getting to sleep? eat a ****load of food, do 100 pushups or something?

Don;t exercise, you need to get yourself some xanax, or some other sleep aid.
anything over the counter that works ?
sleep drugs. xanax, clorazepam, ambien, something.
Jerk off and drink a warm glass of milk.

I triple this suggestion. Tylenol PM saves my life, Works great for cycles and works great on jet lag... just take it an hour before you want to sleep and read to get your eyes tired. An hour later and boom you're groggy as hell.Quote:
