Anybody else up at 3am ???
anybody else have trouble sleeping from test? its 3 am eastern, and i cant sleep to save the life of me. Any tips on getting to sleep? eat a ****load of food, do 100 pushups or something?

Don;t exercise, you need to get yourself some xanax, or some other sleep aid.

i'd go to sleep, but i dun got work today and i hate the tv shows durin the day, so im up , also bein as im cutting and just began my switch from DNP to ephedrine, im sorta buzzed, o and i jus had a smoke so im def not sleepin for awhile

always use melatonin when the insomnia kicks in puts me in a deep sleep n i dont get groggy nxt day.
