How much WATER!

How much water a day for a mass cycle with 17 aa for the first four weeks?

Im gonna take 1 - 1.5 g ALA / day for the 17 aa and liquidex.

2 - 2.5 gallons / day?

I drink about 1-2 gallons of water a day. That should be all you need. but drink till you can't drink anymore,,, Never can have too much water. get ready cause the toilet is gonna love you..

Scillian30, Im worried about getting to full of water, so I wouldnt beable to eat as much... though I drink plenty of fluids,, what do u think?

2 gallons I'd say just to flush the kidneys and keep everything nicey nice. I think the more water you put in, the more toxins come out.

but make sure to get enough pottasium.. otherwise easy to get electrolyte imbalance

Bump to Sicilian30's advice. Make a point to watch sodium intake - just pass on the salt when you have the chance to add it.
You should be able to get potassium supplements at your local drug strore. i.e Shoppers drug mart sells 600 mg tablets made by APO. Bottle is called APO-K.
