ECA or Branded fat burner???

ECA or Branded fat burner???

which is best? am i best going for a ECA stack (which i can get) or buying a branded fat burner, like Hydroxycut or lean sytems for example, ive never used one b4 and would like to try these over/before clen, whats your opinion fellas?

ECA would be your forst choice due to the fact that the new diet supps. dont contain ephedra.

Since your new ill give you one tip you should follow from here on out.....

Never say "burn fat".......nothing "burns" fat. The things you are talking about alter your metabolism which in change alters your bodies ability to utilize calories and in the end change your body composition. Your diet is what determines the amount of bodyfat you carry, lose, and gain.

ECA for better results...
i don't believe in the whole over the counter fat burners...just a waste of money. have a cup of black coffee in the am on an empty stomach & a cup before a workout & you'll see better results than those pricey orals. try a little mini mart...i have been picking up stacker 2's with ephedra from my buddy jeet...just ask next time you're in a mini mart

Definitely rotate. 2 weeks Clen / 2 weeks ECA. Throw in some crack for good measure ;)

Yeah, go to south Atlanta. For real man. I know clen is a little more costly, but if you can afford it, do so. ECA / Clen cycles are much more effective IMO. Your body adjusts very quickly, you have to keep it guessing.
