to var or not to var??

As some of you know I have been on cycle for over 30 weeks. I am currently on 750mgs test e and 600mgs of eq per week 7 weeks into the eq portion of this elongated cycle. It is getting closer to competition time and I have personally never used var but now have 4 grams. I am looking into adding this to my current cycle to see how it affects me, and to lose a little more bf. I am currently around 7.5%bf and have heard and researched great things about var. So vets of this game let me know how you feel about this.

4 grams nice... that means you have enough to run 75mg ED for 7 1/2 weeks...

By the way, I just picked up 4.2 grams and plan on running it at 75mg for 8 weeks. :D :D

that's a long cycle.. i've done 22 weeks.. but..

I love var.. run it 8 weeks.. although it is toxic... it's not so bad and hard on the liver/kidneys..
40-60mg depends on how big you are... weight.. you can always increase to 80mg..

I always thought lower back pain was from the "pumps"... i guess I am wrong, how can milk thistle help?

i luv var. ran at 60mg/day for 4 weeks (had to stop cause got sick) and gained 10lbs of lean mass and dropped bf.
