Best way to run Deca? IYO

My cycle is

weeks 1-5 Dbol 40 mg / ED
weeks 1-11 Sust 250 mg/ EOD
Weeks 1-10 Deca 400 mg/ week
Weeks 9-14 Winny 50 mg/ ED

Plus PCT

Now the question is. IYO is it best to do deca at 200 mg 2 shots a weeks or 1 shot at 400 mg a week?

Which would give better results?

I agree but you definitly want to keep it at 2 shots a week i would never do the one shot.

In low doses just for joint pain 300mgs per week. Its all deca is good for IMHO.
