Clen question..
just how easy is it to keep muscle when using clen without AAS? thinking of alternating between a ECA stack and clen, 2 wks on, 2 wks off, i realise that im gonna lose weight overall but if my protein is real high and my carbs at say 100-150g per day does using clen have an overall effect on size

if anything clen should help you retain/gain muscle.... clen is slightly anti-catabolic

the tabs im getting are 20mcg so how many as a rule of thumb should i start off with, ive heard of takin as many as is comfortable with (sides) and then keep at that dosage or just under
