how long to wait.

sup guys i just quit taking some dnp.. i took it for 7-8 days at 200mgs then moved itup to 400mgs for 2 days and then quit.. how long should i wait to try it again??

I waited about a month. But that is just me.. I could of prolly done it sooner...

There's no set time unless you had to quite due to bad sides. I'd just wait a week to get the water weight off and muscle glycogen back. Then you can accuratly evaluate how you look and how much more you need to lose and adjust your next run's dosage and length accordingly.
