I currently started my second cycle. I am running Prop/EQ/Winny/Var to cut up a bit. I have my diet in check as well as 45-60 min cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. My question is about an ECA stack in the morning before cardio. I have heard that ECA and clen can affect gains throughout a cycle. I am just taking it in the morning so do I need to still cycle it 2 weeks on/2 weeks off? Someone also told me to take benadryl at night when I am taking an ECA stack? Please help
