    M A NEWBIE, GOT MY FIRST SHOT LAST WEEK. PLAN TO DO SUSTANON 500MGS FOR 8-10 WEEKS,125MGS EOD, 20 MGS DBOL FOR 4 WEEKS,NOLVA ON HAND, PCT COVERED. YUP, DID MY HOMEWORK, THANKS TO U ALL

    YEAH!YEAH! I KNOW, NOT EXACTLY D BEST CYCLE BUT IT WILL HAVE TO DO, NOT TOO MANY OPTIONS FOR ME HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES

    M 28YRS OLD, 5'4" HEIGHT, 3 YRS KNOWLEDGABLE LIFTING UNDER MY BELT, STARTED AT 125 LBS, M NOW AT 178 AT 10% BF
