    12 weeks 12 workouts?

    Ok Ive been overtraining I guess? Im starting week 5 of test e and eq I workout everyday but sunday..now Im hearing alot of people say its too much..I keep it simple uper body monday lower body tues uper body wed etc..Im hearing its best to work out lets say your your arms monday back tues legs wed etc..with a week for healing that individual muscle group..well then thats only 12 workouts in my cycle for each muscle group?..that dosnt seem right?

    overtrained?...you sure. Are you on anything that will stimulate your CNS?
    what's your resting h/r........what is it in the morning?...is it elevated?

    you can't judge overtraining by how many times you train. It depends on different things, like intensity, diet and rest also play a big part in it. If you train before the muscle is recooped then you are over training.

    how do you know if the musle is recooped or not...I cant get them sore for longer than a day anymore..well my biceps anyways...right now Its hard to walk...lol

    I know its not impossable , but i was under the impression its hard to 'overtrain' while on cycle?

    i think doing your whole upper body one day then legs eod isnt a good idea. it would be harder to overtrain while on a cycle but i think u would have better results if u did everything once or maybe twice a week. one day is not enough rest to do the same muscle again imo. except maybe smaller muscles like forearms calfs. if you think your growing good then keep doing. this is just my opinion

    just because you are not getting sore doesn't mean you didn't break down the muscle, it still needs time to recooperate. I wouldn't train any bodypart more than twice a week except for calves and forearms.

    So then its true I guess?..that im only going to get like 12 workouts per muscle group on cycle..does this seem right to you guys?..and how in the hell am I supposed to work the back and still provide good rest for say the tri's?
