JUST STARTING THE WINNY PART OF MY SUS/DBOL /WINNY CYCLE. WONDERING IF I HAVE TO DIVIDE MY 50 MG WINNY TAB AND TAKE IT IN TWO DOSES OR CAN I TAKE IT IN THE MORNING AND FORGET ABOUT IT. WHICH METHOD IS MORE EFFECTIVE.

i like to take my short half lived gear all at once,before working out.
i think you get the full effect of the product,rather then maintaining blood levels.thats what the other gear is for.
products with shourt half lives and fast acting esters are meant to be taken at once,if you were shooting it you wouldnt walk around poking yourself all day would you?

i divide mine in half and take half in the am and the other half that evening before my workout.....
i believe maintaining blood levels of all aas is important, because during a workout isn't the only time you are working your muscles and growing.....
