    Critique my next cycle (32 weeker)

    Alright fellas, right now I'm in the last leg of a similar cycle (200mg dnp , 700mg test prop, 10ius slin pwo for 4-8 weeks after a similar bulk/cut scheme to this one). Once I'm finished I'm going to do the pct I layed out in the pct forum under "The ultimate pct", then take about 10-15 weeks off and jump on this one. When I start I should be 185-190lbs at 4%bf at 5'9".

    1-12 700mg Test prop
    1-12 525mg Tren Ace
    1-27 500mg EQ (maybe?)
    13-16 200-500mg Test prop
    13-16 200mg DNP ed (600mg frontload on day 1), 50mcg T3
    17-26 1050mg Test prop
    17-26 700mg Tren Ace
    27-32 500mg Test prop
    27-32 700mg Winstrol
    27-30or32 200mg DNP ed (600mg frontload on day 1), 50-100mcg T3

    1-4 60mcg IGF-1 LR3, 10ius slin a.m. 16ius slin pwo
    9-12 60mcg IGF-1 LR3, 10ius slin a.m. 16ius slin pwo
    17-20 60mcg IGF-1 LR3, 10ius slin a.m. 16ius slin pwo
    24-26 60mcg IGF-1 LR3, 10ius slin a.m. 16ius slin pwo
    29-30 60mcg IGF-1 LR3, 12ius slin pwo

    3-9mg PGF2-A 5x per day (not sure where I'll be putting this in, maybe in the off weeks from the IGF-1 LR3 and slin).


    1-41 20mg Nolva
    1-38 .5-1.5mg Femera
    1-36 200mg B-6
    15-31 500ius HCG 2x per week

    33-41 PCT

    I'm bulking for the first 12 weeks, then dropping the doses to knock me out of hemeostasis (by lowering SHBG etc.) and cutting. Then I'm bumping the doses for another 10 week bulker followed by a similar 4-6 week cutter. I've run doses higher than these before and for longer periods. This will be the most/longest I've run IGF-1 LR3 and I'm expecting awsome results from it.

    During the bulking phases I'll be eating 4500 clean calories and maybe doing cardio 2-3 times per week (empty stomach, 45 min, 70% max heart rate). Then during the cutting phases I'll drop to 800 calories below maintanence and do 1hr of cardio 5 days per week (empty stomach, 70% max heartrate).

    Do any of the knowledgeable bros think that slin twice a day is a good or bad idea? I was thinking twice a day would be good because it potentiates the effects of both PGF2-A and IGF-1 LR3. Let me know if anyone can improve upon this or has any reccomendations.

    Yeah, definatly before and after pics and some along the way. I'll be at the lowest bf% ever for me at the begginning so you better believe I'll be taking pics.

    Well, if I'm starting at 185@4% then on the first bulk I'd like to get to 210 with under 10%bf, then cut to 200@5%, then bulk to 225@under 12% and finally cut to 210 at around 4-5%bf. I've been 225 before, but I was around 20%bf and quite bloated. The IGF-1 LR3 and PGF2-A should allow me to make some very serious gains while losing fat (I used them at the tail end of my current bulker and my bodyweight stayed the same while I got much leaner.).

    Yeah, well I'm not there yet. Right now I'm about 194 at 7-8%, I'll be cutting for atleast 3 more weeks.

    Are you worried about any sides from dropping the prop from 700mg to 200mg back up to 1050mg and then down to 500mg?

    Well, during the cycle I'm finishing now I used Test prop from 700mg to 1g to 1.4g and then down to 700mg for cutting. The only sides I've gotten were at the last drop and it was just a little acne. I also ran tren in and out from 500-700mg and the acne could be attributed to that too. This time I'll be using b5 to see if that helps.

    I think dropping the test for those 3-4 weeks is a good idea to refresh your receptors then jump back up to a Gram is a good idea, I always do a drop in test for a month if i'm going 5-6 months. I can't see anything wrong with running the cycle like you've laid it out, I'm interested to see when and where your gonna add the pgf2 and are you going injections or DMSO???

    P.S personally I think EQ is a waist anything below 800mgs/week...600mgs/week will give you some nice pumps but the anabolic action is weak at that dose and i think EQ definately needs to be run for longer periods of time like you've laid out, so good luck!

    I was wondering what your whole idea behind dropping the mg of test back down at the end? so you wont have TOO bad of a coming off into pct?

    Yeah, I was thinking it would be kinda like a short cruise phase, but with a purpose (cutting). I think I'll be running the PGF2-A either during the off weeks from the slin/IGF or maybe straight through for as long as I can stand it. I will be injecting it for site growth, but it also helps keep me leaner too. I probably won't use it during the DNP phases, but that may change.

    I'm on the 12th week of 500mg of eq right now, and I really can't tell that it's done much. While I was bulking with 1.4g of test prop, 700mg Tren ace, and 500mg of EQ, the EQ did keep me vascular even with realativly high bodyfat (14%). I also don't think I'll use the eq because it will kinda get in the way of my low dose cruising phase.

    NiXon: I'll be dropping my test dosage at the end simply because I won't need that much test for cutting with DNP. DNP is not catabolic, so 500mg of test should be plenty along with the dht derivititives I'll be adding. Plus the lower dose should make pct a little easier. I'm at that part of the cycle right now using 200mg of DNP, 700mg Test prop, 500mg EQ, and 525mg of masteron and I think I could drop the test down to 500mg without any problems.

    Well now I'm considering adding two things to this cycle:
    1. Around 500mg of Bold Ace, instead of EQ. I've done Bold prop before and it was awful, I only lasted a week before the fever, night sweats, and injection pain got the best of me. I've heard the acetate version doesn't have these problems so I think I'll pick up a little powder and atleast try it out.

    2. I'm thinking of adding 50-75mg of either d-bol or anadrol in 4 weeks on 4 off cycles throughout the cycle (not during the cutting phases obviously). I've never done drol before so I'm kinda curious as to how it would effect me. I've done 50mg of dbol before with good results and very little bloat. Since this is a low bloat cycle I may do 40mg of nolva instead of 20mg if I add the dbol or drol, even at 40mg it would only cost me like $8 for the entire cycle and pct. My main concern with drol is that I've heard it can kill your appetite, I've never had that problem with dbol but var kills my appetite like none other. Anyone have appetite problems on 75-100mg of drol?

    Any thoughts?

    Why don't you run gh all through the cycle since its long as hell. Like maybe use 4-8iu's eachday and start 4-6 weeks before cycle it would work great with igf-1 at a lower dose. And I think 150mg or more of drol lowers appetite

    I would absolutly love to run 8ius of HGH, but I simply don't have that kind of money. I'm still trying to get through college and paying for everything myself. I'll be lucky to scrape together a grand for the IGF-1 LR3.

    Yeah gh gets expensive at higher doses but that cycle would be perfect with gh but you are using igf-1 which is just as good. Good Luck and happy growing.

    The AAS part will be fairly cheap considering the quantity since I use powders, about $300 mostly because tren is expensive. The IGF-1 LR3 will be $1100, unless I can haggle my guy down a bit since I'll be buying 10mg at once.
