It's not that high for a being on a cycle.

Celery seed extract (with a high content of 3nB) works quick.

Or else just see your doctor and get some meds.

garlic is for cholesterol, not blood pressure, and it does nothing...

consume much less sodium... dont eat processed foods and dont put too much salt on your meats... dont get more than a gram of sodium a day...

try taking it in the morning, or in the afternoon when you are less hydrated... lost of water can raise bp a little as well...

and 140 over 90 really isnt that big of a deal...

you syst and diast. are normal at 120 over 80... your barely up there man... you arent even in the danger zone...

Well the weird thing about BP is it can be sky high and then 1 hour later be considerably lower. So my best advice is to monitor it 3 times daily. Go buy a machine and chart it so you can watch it carefully!

Garlic works for both cholesterol and blood pressure. Also cutting sodium is not enough. It is not soley about sodium. It is about sodium/potassium ratios. So as you cut sodium you add potassium. Also try to get a balance of 1:1 Omega 3/Omega 6 while consuming a good amount of monounsaturated fat. Again try to keep the O3/O6 balance.

    Other helpful supplements:
    Co-Q10 200mg ED
    Hawthorne Berry
    Celery Seed Extract
    Motherwort
    Vitamin E
    Folic Acid
    Vitamin C
    Magnesium
    Calcium
    Vitamin D

any doc. will tell you that garlic dosent do anything...

are you saying that high potassium increases blood pressure??? it is an intracellular electrolyte...

Vit e has a blood thinning effect, so you are right you can take that...

if you are going to take vit. e, you can take a decent amount, it is fat soluble, but there are no side effects to overdose, so dont worry about getting 1000% or whatever of your daily value...

    1. Most doctors will say supplements don't do anything medicinily. Keyword being most. That is why they prescribe prescription meds.

    2. I said potassium/sodium balance is the key, not just cutting sodium. Do the research potassium is key to the body's water balance and regulation of heart rhythm and blood pressure.

Actually there is a new study that suggests large doses of vitamin E may raise the risk of heart failure in people with diabetes or clogged arteries. Just take that into consideration.

Those studies are very very flawed. I looked in to them. They gave vitamin E to people with severe CHF and they died. In other words it didn't prevent death. Well if you have severe CHF you are going to die either way. Don't just read the headline, read the small print too.
