cutting cycle for a friend...

my friend wants to do a cutter... and wants me to get a good cycle written out for him... i dont think he would wanna do ED injects, so i guess the test he would take would hafta be test e?!?!

Weeks 1-11: Test E 500 mg (250 x 2)
Weeks 1-4: anavar 25 mg ed
Weeks 7-13: Winny 50 mg tab once a day
Weeks 1-16: Nolva 10 mg ED
Weeks 14-16: clomid...

how does this look?

What are his stats and age? Cycle experience? Goals? Diet?

he's about 5'10"... 240 lbs... probably 13-15% bf...

he's 23 years old...

diet is very good, already got him on a really good diet about 5 months ago (previously he was on a bulking diet, 6-8 meals a day)

no cycles...

goals, to lean down and keep his strength... probably to get to 4-6% bf....

would anavar be better at 50 mg daily? or is 25 sufficient???

25mg of var would be a waste. I would go at least 40mg and run it to week 6. Do the winny on weeks 10-13, and can you split up the tabs? If not since it is only 4 weeks I can tell you 50mg twice per day would be awsome.

thanks meso... the only reason i was suggesting var for 4 weeks only is because of the cost... so i'll bump it up to 50... do you think winny for 6 weeks sucks? i know var is better, but its expensive... thats why i thought 6 weeks of winny would be better...

how about this...

Weeks 1-11: test e 500 mg (2x@250)
Weeks 1-5: Anavar 50 mg ED
Weeks 7-13: Winny 75 mg ED
-I can get winny tabs, or liquid (vials)...
Weeks 1-16: nolva ED
proper pct 14-16

Looks good, teach your friend about diet and training(cardio and weights) so he can get the best out of it. Maybe want to throw some l-dex in there for cutting... Keep estrogen down not just blocked. even .25mg eod would work.

thats what i was thinking with the l-dex... keep down the water retention...

he knows about dieting and training... hes pretty experienced... like i said, he's about 240 lbs with 13-15% bf... he's a big guy, just a little bodyfat he needs to shed...

yeah I would go 6 weeks on var at 50mg ED (8 weeks if $$ is not an issue) and 6 weeks of winny at 50mg ED

i'm gonna see what kinda money he wants to put down and hopefully run var as long as possible... we'll see what he wants to do...
