Does test help in cutting? Yes, it helps retain LBM while restricting calories. I dont get the rest of it...

you can cut on anything, but some drugs are better suited for low calorie diets. Test should be in a cutting cycle to help retain muscle.

if you are cutting use test propinate. your body holds much less water with this kind of test. have to shoot it ed or eod though.

I am doing deca 200 and test E 300 for 12 weeks
