best time to take D-bol??

buddy of mine is takin dbols, wants to know what time is best to take them(if any) and should he split dosage (morning/night)?? Thanks fellas

I agree. It's because the half life that you want to do this.

okay got the 4 hours apart, now does it matter if its first thing in AM, or empty stomach or before cardio,working out,etc.???-appreciate the help bros

Take the first dose when you wake up in the morning. Then take each subsequent dose every 4 hours.

Or just split it up evenly throughout the day for the hours you are typically awake.
