dnp 600 mg??

i'm currently taking 400mg every 12 hours, but when i up it to 600 should i take it every 8 hours?

also, when is it a good idea to up the dose to 600mg?

after 2 days of 400, or 3, or 4 days of 400mg?

i'm on my 2nd day of 400 and i've been taking it total for 5 days now.

my temerature hasn't gone up, but i feel a little hotter at time, and i lost maybe 1 1/2 lbs so far.

I've been to 600 before, and never again. I lost 30lbs in 10 days and it was hell. Right now I'm on 200mg for 30-60 days, and hitting normal workouts and an hour of cardio ed with a strict diet and it's much better.

Also, keep in mind it takes nearly 2 weeks for a steady dose of DNP to reach maximum blood concentrations. So, you may not be feeling 400mg, but the dose will be more than doubled after 2 weeks because of the 36hr halflife (if you dose every 24hrs). If this is your first run I'd stick with 400mg, or wait 2 weeks until you hit the max level before bumping it up.

I agree with the low dose of dnp for longer periods of time. Works just as well, with almost no sides. For me anyway.

I use the lower doses, I was miserable on high dose dnp ...It's definately not worth it...
