My friend is starting a clen cycle and was asking me some questions that i could not answer all of...
hes going to do the normal starting out at
20 mcg
40 mcg so on...
but was wondering if he ran cardio 5-6 days a week 45 min ed.
hes is dieting now...
and did calistetics and bi's tri's and abs as a workout plan would that be good enough??
or should he be lifting and doing cardio at the sametime? (becasue im not sure if lifting heavy and trying to cut up go hand and hand becasue he has a good 20 lbs to loose to start looking kinda good... IMO i think that woould contridict itself...
