workout plan on clen?
My friend is starting a clen cycle and was asking me some questions that i could not answer all of...
hes going to do the normal starting out at
40 mcg so on...
but was wondering if he ran cardio 5-6 days a week 45 min ed.
hes is dieting now...
and did calistetics and bi's tri's and abs as a workout plan would that be good enough??
or should he be lifting and doing cardio at the sametime? (becasue im not sure if lifting heavy and trying to cut up go hand and hand becasue he has a good 20 lbs to loose to start looking kinda good... IMO i think that woould contridict itself...
correct me if im worong please...

If he is working out/doing cardio at evening, then best time to take clen is morning. Clen should not be taken short time before any work out/cardio.
About the second question, I do cardio (30 min) at early morning, then take clen, then work out at evening after I come back from work. and I gain very good amount of lean muscle mass. But I take about 350 gm of protein and about 3500-4000 calories/day.

it sounds to me like your buddy has never worked out before. If that is the case he should get his diet right and hit the gym before using any "supplements". why is he doing only arm excercises & abs, for the beach?
anyone on here will tell you that diet is key to evrything, first and foremost.

Yeah... see no one even mentioned the beach....
his diet is good right now. and he wants to know if for the first 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and 2 weeks on if it was ok to just do cardio and calistetics? becasue i dont know if lifting would be good concidering he has a good 20 lbs to loose hes just outa shape...
i was asking whats a good workout plan while on clen only...
and for the record ill prob be the first as well to say diet is the most important...
this question wasnt for me but for a friend, that of wich i didnt know how to answer

i just figured IMO lifting heavy or lifting in general at this time would be pointless...well not pointless but i think he just has do do some cardio and concentrate on a good diet plan first.
i mean he's been out the gym for atleast 10 months so whats a good month of cardio ya know then he can start lifting after hes burned some fat away... atleast his gains would show better...
