i don't know about the whole not working out theory. look at it this way, on or off juice - if you don't workout, what happens? you shrink right? lose some water weight? get a little weaker maybe? i don't see any positives to stop working out. that's the time when i want to maybe workout harder - just in case i feel a little crash comin on.
You should not stop working out.

there is no valid reason to stop training directly after a cycle. although i don't have empirical support on this, i consider it common knowledge that the percentage of detraining would be significantly more when taking both these factors into account simultaneoulsy (cessation of juice/cessation of lifting)
