i am on hrt and have been with androgel 1% 10 g for the past 8 months my doctor has sinced swithched me to test e 250 mg every 2 weeks. also he gave me a little arimidex to bring my estradiol levels down. i have just started cycling and i am taking the test e 400 mg every week. does that sound good for a first cycle. i was also thinking of throwing some nolvadex in there along with the arimidex while i am cycling because my estrogen tends to get pretty high.
yes 400mg a week for a first cycle can be good.
Nolva at 10-20mg/ed is a good idea too.
How long are you planning on cycling at 400mgs?

im sure its for hrt. i would talk to him and see if he would give u 250 every week tell him it would keep your test levels from changing drasticly every 2 weeks. it might work but maybe not.
i don't know how long/ my pct is that i just drop back down to the arimidex and my 250 mg of test e every two weeks because i am on hormone replacement therapy for hypogonadism/ what should my diet be like while on test e-i don't want to get huge-i want to put on lean muscle mass with as little water retention as possible/ also what supplements should i take
Sounds like you are off to good beginnings. I would say that 10 or 12 weeks at 400mg is quite sensible. Do you intend to shoot twice a week, or weekly?
You can build on your experience with this cycle, and maybe try a popular stack such as enanth/deca or enanth/eq or maybe test with tren or winny, depending on your goals.
