Steroids going bad?

I was wondering if Juice can go bad. I have had a bottle of winny with 12cc's left in the bottle for around 6 months. I looked at it today and in the middle of the liquid was something that looked like a wet chalk. I mixed it up and it went back to liquid. Do you think it will still be effective and save.

I've done some sus that was a year expired with same results as previous ones. As for winny, couldn't say

They have expiration dates for a reason.
