    HRT info for my father

    Guys, I'm looking up some info on hrt for my dad. He's in his 50's and not too great of shape. I think restoring his test levels would go a long way in improving his health.

    I'm looking for something that I can email to him. Something scientific, studies would be good. Just showing the benefits of hrt in older men, and how it's safe and not dangerous.

    I can tell him all the info I know but I think it would mean more if he read something more scientific.

    If anyone has any good links or articles on hrt, please share. Thanks.

    Check out the over 30 forum redmeat, there is loads of info on HRT in there.
