What do you bros think of these two t3 cycles, got them from another forum...
8 weeks
day 1,2: 50mcg
day 3,4: 75mcg
day 5-18: 100 - 125mcg
day 19-22 : 125mcg
day 23-26 : 100mcg
day 27-30: 75mcg
day 31-34: 50mcg
day 35-41 : 37.5mcg
day 42-48 : 25 mcg
day 49-56 : 12.5 mcg
6 weeks
day 1,2: 50mcg
day 3,4: 75mcg
day 5-11: 100 - 125mcg
day 11-13 : 125mcg
day 14-16 : 100mcg
day 17-19: 75mcg
day 20-22: 50mcg
day 23-28 : 37.5mcg
day 29-33 : 25 mcg
day 34-42 : 12.5 mcg
I am researching this allot because I can't decide between using cycleons or mallets theory!

This is how I run mine after many trial and errors alot of ways
and this works incrediably well for me... Last go round dropped
24-26lbs in the 6 weeks with little to no cardio, just a change
in diet macros and alot more gym work... I was running a good
amount of anabolics with this as well to perserve muscle mass...
This is a 6 week cycle:
Clen is taken 1 week on / one week off:
As in my experience it is more effective this way:
Day 1 Clen 60mcg / T3 50mcg
Day 2 Clen 60mcg / T3 50mcg
Day 3 Clen 80mcg / T3 75mcg
Day 4 Clen 100mcg / T3 75mcg
Day 5 Clen 100mcg / T3 75mcg
Day 6 Clen 120mcg / T3 100mcg
Day 7 Clen 120mcg / T3 100mcg
Day 8 Clen off / T3 125mcg

Looks good but I got a question for ya bro!
I will be doing the morning empty stomach cardio because it works really well for me and I don't want to leave anything to chance!
I am motivated like crazy to do cardio with ECA, so can I use ECA instead of clen ? Would the t3 doses then change?
And also how much keto and how would you use it?

You could use ECA in the place of Clen , but don't expect it to have the
same effect as what Clen/T3 will have run together... And early morning
cardio is the only way I do it when I do, I just hate doing normal cardio,
only thing I enjoy doing is about a 10 mile track on a mountain bike
and running some steps sometimes all depends, that's it, I'll never be
found on a treadmill or a **** stepper inside, that's worse then
chinese water torture IMO...
Also everyone is going to react a little different with T3, I've ran it as high as
200mcg, but 125mcg seems about perfect for me, keep in mind the normal
adult male produces roughly 17.5mcg to 25mcg daily naturally, so you can
see how even running 100mcg will produce good results... Also I do run a
Guggulsterone product for a few weeks after I finish my T3 just to be safe
and run a little PCT for T3... SynTrax makes a pretty good one, maybe not
really needed, but it can't hurt either...

Yes without a doubt in my mind.. My best weeks burning BF%
is when I'm running the two drugs together, ECA at best will
boost metabolism 3%-5% tops... Clen is stonger then that
and has a great synergy with T3, you could run ECA during
your off clen weeks, but I don't even bother, it's good enuf
just the way I run it for me...
