Hello everyone: I am having a problem cutting. Anyone have a good diet. I wan't to be at 8% body fat. I currently weigh 200 lbs 13% bodyfat 6 feet tall. Do I really need steroids, if so which ones? I have tried the natural way for years and very little results. Please help.. Thanks.

no you dont need steroids. cardio/diet will do it. then maby, and I mean maby
clen, t-3 or dnp will help. I have used all 3 and I like dnp the best, but I also think it is the most dangerous drug around. read up in the diet forum and run your a$$ off.
