I know cycles your on then ur off the same amount of time. Good rule to follow here and even better if you get bloodwork done. My question is i just got done a 12 weeker test eq and so on. Been off for about a month now can i start growth and insulin by itself now? Will it hurt my recovery or maybe even help my body let me know guys thanks not sure if this was a good room or the growth section i just put it in here thanks

Go ahead and start slin and groth it won't hurt your test levels.

ON time = OFF time is just a saying that sounds good. People follow that rule but don't know if there is an explenation behind it. Anyway, your AAS cycle should have been 3 months ahead of your HGH cycle. You did it the other way around.
