    Arrow training on steroids?

What is the best training routine on steroids ?

When on gear u can obviously recover quicker and workout for longer so would splitting ur workouts am (45mins-1hr) and pm (45mins-1hr) like below be a good idea? It will be like this for 6-9weeks.

    Monday
    - am - Quads
    - pm – Hamstrings
    Tuesday
    - am - Shoulders
    Wednesday
    - am – light cardio + abs
    Thursday
    - am – Chest + calves
    - pm – Biceps
    Friday
    - am – light cardio + abs
    Saturday
    - am - Back
    - pm –Triceps
    Sunday
    - Rest

Any suggestions on this or a better routines are appreciated!!

Well the days where you have 2 training sessions, the second sessions is only smaller groups like arms and hams..I dont see a problem with that. If it were chest in the morning then back at night, that would be too much for me personally on gear or not.
If youre gonna go back at night, throw in a little cardio with your arms or hams and you will be set. In other words, ditch the cardio on their own days and make them a rest day...do your light cardio with your smaller muscles in the p.m.

If your going to do 2 sessions i think you would be much better off to do your cardio in the am 3-4 days a week then do you weights in the pm 5-6 days a week.

    Good luck

so guys u think the training routine above will lead to overtraining too easily?? Not so sure since i would only use it for 6-9 weeks! What split would u recommend?
