Laugh @ my 1st cycle, help with my 2nd

Ya know how when u 1st get into AAS some of us just listen to our "trusted and experienced" friends on what to take? Well my sorry excuse for a 1st cycle was:

wks 1-8 250mg of Omnadren
wks 1-10 300mg of Deca
no PCT whatsoever

Okay, when you're done laughing I'll have you know I did make some gains on this (although they probably had more to do with my strict diet and consistency than anything else). Besides, this gear I got was probably distilled horse urine (least I hope it was distilled) anyway. Thankfully I have yet to display any side effects. After carefull consideration (and a more reliable supplier) I've decided to 1st drop some bodyfat until I can see my abs again (I'm not that far off) and then in about 3 mos. try a real cycle. This is what I'm considering (basicaly a noob cycle from steroid.com):

wks 1-10 500mg Test E
wks 1-10 300mg Deca
wks 1-4 40mg D-Bol ED

wks 1-15 Nolva 10mg ED
wks 1-15 B-6 200mg ED
wks 13-15 Clomid

Yes this is exactly novice cycle 1-3 with the exception of 40 rather than 30 of D-bol. I'm 28 yrs old, 6'1", currently 220lbs but will probably be around 200-205 when I start this. Should I go with something like this or just stick to plain ole test? If the latter, any suggestions? Just Test E @ 500 for 10 wks? Thanks in advance for your help.

I would take 500mg test wks 1-12 and 400mg deca wks 1-10. clomid phase should be a week longer.

Run the test 1-11.
Deca could be increased to 400mg/wk.

Running deca in that cycle is of personal choice. Running with or without it isn't right or wrong.

IMO, I would run the cycle with it.

Now your running EQ?

Personally I like EQ much better than Deca.

Either way, pct should start two weeks after your last test shot and three weeks after EQ or Deca.

Soooo, cut the test back a week or extend the EQ one week and your good.

From what Ive read I like EQ better too but i get deca @ 300 and EQ @ 200 from my supplier and when xxx suggested bumping Deca to 400 I decided to replace it with EQ anyway. Would a longer cycle be alright?

Or is this pushing it for a 1st(proper anyway) cycle.

Much better cycle, and I think U will be a lot happier with EQ vs. Deca. I will never touch Deca again!!!!

I definitly feel the same. EQ will give you a lot better quality muscle and not all the water wait either.
