    Short Cycle

    I had Pneumonia 15 weeks ago and am having trouble getting back into my routine. My energy is low. What would you suggest for a short cycle (4 weeks?) to get a jumpstart? Any comments would be appreciated. I do not want to do a long cycle because I am saving that for summer beginning on May 29.

    Im not sure there is much you can do if that May 29 start date is etched in stone. What does that cycle look like?
    It may be in your best intrest to stick to supps and a clean diet and get yourself ready for your Big cycle.
    Try some creatine and an ECA stack for energy until your ready.

    I wouldn't rely on any type of gear to get you kickstarted into your routine. Natural training until you boost up your strength and mass, get your diet in check, then get your boost with gear when you're ready.

    4 week cycle is a waste. Speaking from experience.
