    Arrow help me, clen/t-3

    I am using liquid t-3/clen together and just like to know if its preferred to drink the liquid form on an empty stomach or with meals????


    one more thing, what are the dosages you guys recommend for taking the liquid t-3 DAILY? 25mcg, 50 mcg, or 75mcg
