delt shots and lifting shoulders?

i just did my first delt shots, .75ml of eq 200mg, in both delts. is it cool if i lift shoulders tonight? my shoulders are a little stiff from it, but no biggie.

its a good idea to do shoulders then. This will allow a good pump and it will move some of that stuff around. Go for it.
