    arr nolva

    got my liquid nolva today from arr first why does it say not for human consumption and how is the best way to take it straight or mixed with something will be doing 10mg daily

    It is a research chemical, that is how they can sell it. I would mix it with something like protein, first thing in the morning.

    This is not really necessary though is it for I have been taking it by itself and seems to be working fine.
