yeah. i get 8 a night just b/c i have the time. plus a nap in the middle of the afternoon....i lead the easy life.

7-9hours is optimal

everyone is gonna be different. some may only need 5 hours while others need 11 hours. sleep until you feel refreshed

Crap, I am only getting 4 to 5 hours a night. Last night I could not sleep either. I got to stop reading this board late at night and get more sleep. Only thing is I am just not tired. Crap, Crap, Crap,...........Maybe those 24 Hour fitness drinks called 525's are keeping me up. That darn ephedrine.

anywhere from 5 - 8 for me. a moment over the 8 hour mark and i wake up feeling s**t and cant do anything all day unless i really push myself into it.
i think if you wake up feeling tired you are either sleeping too long or not enough

i get a good 11 or 12. i get up eat and go back to sleep a few times n the morn. i like it plus i have nothin better to do so i sleep.

i sleep alot usually 7-8 at night then a hour or 2 during the day just depends how i feel
