Just wondering what other ppl's stomach routine looks like. I feel that i need to change it up some, just want to get some ideas that i might not of thought about.

Diet is #1 bro...I only workout my abs 2 times a week but things like crunches and using the ball work great for me.

Watch what you eat, but I also work my abs 2 times a week. I use the ball and do soem crunches on that, also some leg raises to work the lower abs. I also got a pilates video that work the abs hard. The first time I used the video my abs were killed the next day. But search in the "workout questions" and you will find other think to do...
