Seems a lot of the posts regarding clen are in reference to how many pills they are taking. My problem is that I would have powder, resulting in having to cap it.
What should I be looking at per dose? Should I take the entire dose in the morning? At such a small dosage, I imagine mixing/capping this may be difficult?
