1st cycle will it add the mass
New to the site but have but have to say this is the best one so far alot of great info on here.I've been researching for about a year now on many different A/S cycles and the effects of each one. I was wondering if someone could tell me if this is a good cycle for 1st time it's an 8 wk cycle w/ taking clomid 2wks following the end of the cycle.I know alot of you do not prefer to us sustanon 250.Weight is 185LBS 5'7" tall looking to add 25/30lbs
do you think this will do it? Any comments would greatly be appreciated.Just would like to add one thing to the other newbies read the posts and the rules before you post things and do your research this is the most important thing alot of the info is there just read and search the forums I'm not newbie bashing but its important to know what your doing before you jump right in.I read alot on this forum most of the member have a great deal of knowledge.

too compl1cated for first cycle.
Bag all the AS and do a test only cycle......doing sOOOOOOO many differnt comnpunds your first time you're not going to be able to distinguish what does what. wahts causing you sides, what kind of gains are made from what compund..yadda yadda!!

to start, first cycle, one compound. Stick to test, leave the dbol and deca for later. Next, you don't need to pyramid your doses.
weeks 1-10 500mg test enanthate
weeks 1-12 10 mg nolvadex each day
weeks 13-15 20 mg nolvadex each day, 50 mg clomid each day. Some people like to frontload clomid at the start of post cycle therapy . that's up to you.

remember that diet is going to be the most important factor for you gaining weight. You need to get at least 200 grams of protein every day. Try to shoot for closer to three if you can.
