Starting Cycle Tommorrow!

Hey guys starting cycle tommorrow, clen have 150 tabs .02 already massive far as size goes but bodyfat% is 17 wanting to get down to about 13%
Did the mr alabama in 1996 and won my class in the novice class at 198 pounds
but dont plan on competing again,my question is this i read the clen handbook,and im wondering everyone says to do 2 weeks on 2 off is this correct i just wanted to do about 6 weeks and get off it.i was going to start taking in the morning.

and stay on it at 120 to 100 till im out is this ok or do yall have a better way little advice my diet is very high in protein and moderate carbs real clean im at 230 now,i look good at 205 200 thanks for this great site firefighter 829

Do a search for a thread by hooker. He did a thread about clen that I think is great. Take 50mg of benadryl before bedtime to keep your receptors from reacting and you can stay on clen longer then 2 weeks. I did this monitering my temp and it did work. I used clen for 4 weeks and loved the results. Dont forget to take potassium or you will regret the cramping also take 3-5g of taurine. If you have any more questions please ask.
