    another sustanon ?

    ok, before i found this board, all I heard about was how sus was the s*iznit!

    dudes that i work with all do sus. weather its a sus only or sus/dbol they all look good..........now, in my biz, you generaly dont wanna get too big, so I started to concider a cycle, and ask around, read here and there, and from everything i gatherd...."good or not" said.........first cycle: sust is the way to go 250-500 a week for 8-12 weeks, some clomid PCT and your good to go............

    after that, if you wanna go again, throw in some dbol or decca....anyway

    so i went for the sus 250, 3 weeks now Im shooting 250 a week......and thats it.

    so what should I do now? everything i hear from the vets on this board, sounds like sus is garbage!

    I have organon sus 250.......butt loads of it
    It is my first cycle
    Im 3 weeks into it at just 250 a week.

    do I increase to 500 a week? what else should I be taking if anything?

    should be 500mg a week. split up and shot every other day.

    For each person that tells you Sust is 'garbage', you will be able to find the someone that thinks it is the greatest thing going.

    Only way to know is to try it and find out for yourself.

    Sust should be shot eod. Therefore, I would think about upping the weekly doseage to 500mg/wk and split it up.

    Sus. works great, some have to injected EOD, but atleast 500mgs a week is definately needed or its a waste. right now im only doing it every 3rd day. and i still achieve great gains... I am really considering doing a straight ester like t enth.

    it needs to be shot eod cause of the test. prop. in it which has a short half life. u want to keep ur blood levels stable. def go for 500 mg/week. good luck. u know how to run the pct.

    I would take it eod bro. You will see the least sides that way. If you can't do it eod I would sell it to some of your buddies and just go with a single ester test like enan.

    EOD is not a problem for me.

    I see alot of dudes on here talking about anti-e's while on cycle, should I be running one as well, or just bump to EOD, then Clomid PCT at the end?

    ok, incrased to 500 a week today

    just curious what you "vets" think about my diet......grant it it could be better, but I work in Iraq and somtimes I gotta get creative with meal replacemnets, cuz i may be out on the road, but i think Im doing ok for a rookie...........I seriously dont think i could stomach anymore food that Im eating, but I'd like some advise on it anyway!

    ok, Breakfast 0630
    6 whole eggs,/cheese 2-3 pieces of bread

    bout 0700
    protien shake and half a Nitro tech bar

    round 10, I eat my pre-lunch
    Macaroni and a chiken breast

    Lunch: mostly in Army Chow Halls
    Whatever meat is on: Rice or pasta......eat till Im stuffed

    round 1400....(2:00 PM)
    Nitro tech Bar 35 gms protien

    1600 (4:00 PM)
    chicken breast, and or Can of Tuna on bread w/ mayo

    1800 (6:00 PM) i drink a carbo rush and do my work out: useually one major group a day somtimes 2....ex. CHEST & TRI'S.......next day.....Shoulders........etc.......

    1930 (7:30 PM)
    1 lbs Ribeye steak "med rare" 3 potatos, or rice......or Mac

    2100 (9:00 PM)
    Protein Shake

    2200.........lights out, hit the rack till 0'dark 30 and start again

    Like I said, somtimes its more Nitro tech bars than others in between the big 4 meals i eat, about 3 shakes a day, along with a carbo rush
