how tall are u? age? cycle exp?
10vials isnt enough sust and how big is ur cyp vial?
basically pick sust or cyp and get more.
do 500mg/week of both-cyp shot twice a week and sust should b broken up so u shoot it eod.
done a few cycles in past im 5 8 not looking to go crazy looking for aboiut 10 to 15 pounds i eat very clean you dont think sus250 and test 200mg a wk is enough

what tycin means is u need to either take sust. or cyp. u need to take atleast 500mg/week on either. pic one. got pct?
