Taking Propecia

I have a bottle of liquid propecia thanks to everyone's fav board sponsor.

My wife is 7 1/2 months pregnant, how careful do I need to be? I know she can't come in contact with the liquid. Anyone have this problem??

I have been taking propecia for a couple of years now because I am predisposed to hair loss. As long as your wife does not touch the liquid it should be fine to continue use. There is a chemical in propecia that if a women were to come into contact it has the possibility for birth complications as well as affecting there hormones.

I dunno man. That's his baby inside her. Given what they are saying, I would be more cautious. It may be borderline paranoid, but what about sweet dripping from your head, lose hairs, or something of that nature?

im feeling you bro, i would be definitely be concearned about my wife, and unborn child....imo hell be fine, but if hes that worried than he can put the propecia on hold till his baby is born...

I was on propecia (1.25 mg per day) when I got my wife pregnant, baby is 19 months now, everything is OK.

Just be sure she does not come into contact directly with it.

The liquid propecia is a very smart way to take it considering a prescription for it is not covered by insurance dince it is for cosmetic reasons. It runs around $55 per month.

I don't know if my Dr. is correct but he told me that even sex could communicate the finastide. I'd check with your Dr. to confirm. No sense taking chances.
