Are big love handles caused by gyno?

I've never had a problem with excess fat around my love handle area, but over the past 3 weeks of this cycle they've gotten quite large. Granted, since I turned 21 I have been drinking quite a bit of beer (yes, I know, I shouldn't be doing it, but I just recently turned 21 so I'm just getting over the initial funness of it), but I've always had a real high metabolism and never had a problem with fat anywhere.

Is this a sign of gyno, or do I just need to stop drinking beer and try to cut down on as much fat as possible in my diet and do some more cardio? My diet is pretty good, minus the beer. Basically all I eat are the necessary foods, veggies, whole grain rice, some pasta (i could cut back on that perhaps), tuna, chicken, eggs, etc. A friend also told me that sometimes test can cause excess fat deposits.

I'm on 500mg/wk enanthate , 350mg/wk deca . Took 10mg/ed of dbol for the first month of the cycle but that's been over with for a while now.

like you didn't drink a lot for a while after you just turned 21? it's not affecting my workouts at all, and I'm still making excellent gains in strength and muscle mass. it's just these **** love handles that i gotta get rid of.

You won't get rid of them by drinking beer that's obvious.

It is mainly because of beer, then water retention.

gyno is getting breasts in a male. it is cause by elevated female androgens.

gyno is an unwanted effect, not a cause.

aren't the love handles an accumulation area for estrogenic fat?

Definitely isnt a sign of gyno, thats for dam sure. May, however high estrogen levels are responsible for gyno, and feminine fat deposits such as love handles, thighs, etc. Agree with the other felas though, you definitely shouldnt habitually drink on a cycle, if at all! It's your body, do whatever you want, but seems strange to me that you would go to the extreme of taking steroids to get big, but arent even dedicated enough to give up drinking. Again, your hindered gains, not mine...more power to ya whatever you decide...

    Stupid thread.

    Not a flame, the truth.

You've gotta love the recreational steroid user who's a BEER drinker, and asks why it's bad as "I'm still making excellent gains in strength and muscle mass".

Yeah, that's great, as your liver slowly rots like a piece of 12 year old swiss cheese, and your blood pressure and internal health turn to sh*t.

Remember the phrase, "it's what's on the inside that counts"?

    Well, that applies here too.

    Use your head.

Cut back on drinking. IF you have to drink, try something hard.

Well said Meso . Here's a thought. If you are about to turn 21 don't plan a cycle that is going to basically start as you hit 21. Your just asking for disaster, especially if you are a drinker. Bad planning on your part.

the fat deposits arent caused by gynocomastia.
gyno doesnt "cause" anything, its just a result of estrogen build up (or in some cases prolactin)

if you have estrogen build up, then yes it will cause you to retain fat & water.. mostly around the nipples but in other areas as well

if you stopped drinking and started taking ldex (armidex) and nolvadex (assuming your on a testosterone based/derived steroid ) then it will help minimize the estrogen, thus helping you not retain so much fat and water.

    keep that in mind
